BREATHE AND FLOW

Research studies have shown that seated yoga for beginners benefits PD at all stages. It is especially beneficial to those who are at high risk for falling. Seated yoga eases physical pain. It reduces the fears and anxiety often accompanying mobility challenges in independent and assisted living.
Our Breath and Flow class combines traditional yoga and meditation and includes kriya, asana, movement, pranayama, and timeless wisdom.
This class is available to members at Blue, Green or Purple levels and general members.
